Meet Tamas: The ultimate dodgeball enthusiast with a heart of gold and a wicked throw
With over 10 years of dodgeball experience, Tamas is a force to be reckoned with on the court.
Before dominating the dodgeball scene, he honed his athletic prowess playing Olympic handball, and he’s since represented Ireland with pride on the international dodgeball stage.
But Tamas isn’t just about competition—he’s all about community and fun. When he’s not slinging dodgeballs, you’ll find him exploring the globe, soaking in new cultures, or showering love on his adorable fur baby, Rudy the Cat.

Meet Treasa: Dedicated to players, clubs and the game
Treasa has been part of the dodgeball community since 2012 and brings over a decade of experience and passion for the sport to her role as Director and Secretary of the Irish Dodgeball Association. As a dedicated player, she has proudly represented Ireland at three international competitions and continues to play primarily with Dublin Dodgeball Club, while also attending sessions with Meath Dodgeball Club.
She values the sense of community that dodgeball creates and enjoys being involved in the sport both on and off the court. Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Treasa is always happy to answer questions, welcome new players, or lend a hand where needed. Outside of dodgeball, she enjoys travelling, baking, and spending time with animals, all of which reflect her caring, curious, and creative personality.
Meet John: Leader, Player, and Passionate Dodgeball Advocate
With 7 years of dodgeball experience and 6 years at the heart of the Irish setup, John is a cornerstone of Ireland's dodgeball community. His journey began on the global stage as Squad Manager at the 2018 New York World Cup, and since then, he’s worn many hats within the Irish Dodgeball Association (IDBA), currently serving as its dedicated Treasurer.
John’s standout moment? Being selected to captain his country at the 2022 World Championships in Canada—a testament to his leadership, passion, and unwavering commitment to the sport he loves.
Approachable, hardworking, and deeply proud of his role in the growth of dodgeball, John continues to inspire players and contribute to the sport’s bright future in Ireland and beyond.
Meet Victoria: Dodgeball’s Dynamic Director and International Star
Nine years ago, Victoria joined her university dodgeball club in search of a sport that was equal parts social and competitive—and she hasn’t looked back since. Now a cornerstone of the Irish dodgeball community, she’s represented the Republic of Ireland at six international competitions, where she’s showcased her skills and made lifelong connections with players from around the world.
But Victoria isn’t just about high-level competition; she’s a champion of the fun and camaraderie that dodgeball brings to everyone who plays. As IDBA Director, she’s passionate about helping dodgeball grow across Ireland, ensuring the sport stays inclusive, exciting, and welcoming to all.
